Open Ring Central Meetings
You can find it by visiting the search box at the bottom left hand corner of your screen and typing in Ring Central Meetings
If you are a full-time faculty and Ring Central Meetings does not come up on your computer, please complete a ServiceNow ticket or reach out to the ITS HelpDesk to have it installed.
Sign In to Ring Central Meetings using the Single SignOn option.
Schedule a Meeting
Click on the schedule button
Enter the date and time and duration for your meeting.
Will it be a recurring meeting? Do you want it to happen every Wednesday? If so, click the box next to RECURRING MEETING.
Video (when joining a meeting) - leave that the default
Audio Options- leave at the default
Under MEETING OPTIONS select Advanced Options
From the Advanced Options menu, select ENABLE JOIN BEFORE HOST
You could also select 'Record the meeting automatically' .Best practices say to leave the other options unchecked to prevent creating barriers for participants.
Calendar option at the bottom of the screen allows you to send the meeting to your Outlook or other calendars.
Click on the SCHEDULE button.
To leave the meeting
Make sure you click on END MEETING in the bottom right corner of the Ring Central meeting screen.
