To use RefWorks in Microsoft Word, you'll need to add it to the program.
Downloading and installing Write-N-Cite
Go into RefWorks and select Tools, then select Tools again to make the tools page appear.
In the Cite in Microsoft Word area, select the Download & Install button to download the latest version. The Download & Install button will make the download start.
Start the installation and follow any on-screen instructions. After installing the plugin, a RefWorks ribbon appears in Microsoft Word.
Log Into RefWorks and then you are free to use Write-N-Cite.
