Click on the Share icon in the center of the window.

Select the whiteboard to share (or select a document you want to share and annotate)

Then select the SHARE button at the bottom of the window.

Once you are sharing the whiteboard, you can control the participants ability to write on the whiteboard by click on MORE and then click on "Disable (or Able) participants annotation"
