When text is not saved, Dragon considers the application to be unsupported.
Nuance Dragon is not a free software application.
Nuance will only provide free text support within the first 90 days of purchase.
Nuance will charge a fee for technical support when contacting the support line.
Current Workarounds
First Workaround
- Open Dragon Naturally Speaking.
- Locate the Dictate Button.
- Press the Spacebar on the keyboard once dictation is complete.
- Click Save.
Note: This should keep the text in the text field.
Second Workaround
- Navigate to Using The Dictation Box.
- Use the Keyboard to enter a space in the text field.
- Start Dictation and see if it will save.
- Use the Keyboard and enter a space before or after dictation to see if it will save.
Example: Press the spacebar before dictation or press the period when dictation is complete.
