From within your sandbox course, select TOOLS and then CLASSLIST
Next select ADD PARTICIPANTS then select ADD EXISTING USERS
Do not select "Create and enroll a new user."
Type in the email address of the user you want to add.
You can also type in the users name or id number but email is very reliable and what we recommend.
Once the system finds the person, they will be listed in a table. You will need to:
- Select the selection box next to their name
- Select the roll you want them to have in your sandbox
- Select the ENROLL SELECTED USERS button
