1. From any screen on windows, press the windows key on your keyboard (it should look like a window, four small squares close together)

2. The windows menu should open up, with a search bar at the top. Start typing "File Explorer" on your keyboard.

3. Select the "File Explorer" app icon, the "File Explorer" application will then open

4. Select the "Downloads" button on the far left menu.

Now you're in the "Downloads" folder on your PC.
