To add captions to a video, get to the editing screen for the video. Then select the "Captions" button on the right.

This will bring up an "Add Captions" window, with a space for the title of the captions, such as what language it is, the source of the captions, and the "Start" and "Cancel" buttons for choosing the source or canceling adding captions. You are given three choices for the source of your captions. You can select captions from a file containing the captions, you can generate them with the "Speech-to-Text" feature, and you can select Blank Captions to allow you to write your own captions for the video.
