Change Permissions and Share Recordings

Microsoft 365 - Stream is a deeply integrated app ecosystem that allows the user to add and consume videos within other apps such as Teams, Viva Engage, Viva, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Stream is commonly used at work to: Record and watch Microsoft Teams meetings with automatically generated transcriptions.

Here's how you can change permissions and share those recordings.

1. While accessing the recording, select the "Share" button.

2. Select the "Share" option.

3. Add the email of users you'd like to share the recording to.

From here, you can also change the access of the recording to the users you are sharing to by selecting the "Access" option.

4. Select the "Send" button.

5. Alternatively, select "Manage Access" under Share.

This is another method for sharing and managing other users access.

6. Select "Share" or "Grant Access" allows you to share the recording. To change permission, select the "Permission" option next to the users name.

You can also select the "Stop Sharing" option to quickly stop sharing from all users previously shared to.
