Step 1: Go to microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web
Step 2: Click on Sign in.
Step 3: Sign in using your SNHU Student/Staff account.
Step 4: After signing in, look in the upper-left corner for the 9-dot app launcher. Clicking it shows all available Microsoft 365 apps associated with your account.
Step 5: Search and open the app you want to access.
