Setting Your Time Zone in Outlook/Bookings

When using Bookings, students sometimes see the wrong time zone displayed by default. This can be caused by having the wrong calendar time zone set in Outlook. Updating your time zone resolves this issue.

Open the web version of Outlook and sign in with your SNHU credentials. Select the gear icon to open the settings menu.

In the search bar, enter "time zone", and select the "Time zones" option from the results.

Your current calendar time zone will be displayed. If it is not correct, change it by selecting the drop-down arrow and finding the correct time zone. You may also enter the name of a city to search for a time zone.

Confirm that your time zone is now correct, then select the "Save" button.

You will be prompted to additionally change your meeting hours time zone. Select "Yes, Update" to update them.
