How to use Poll Everywhere Add-On for PowerPoint

Poll Everywhere is an interactive audience engagement platform that allows users to create live polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions. Ideal for meetings, classes, and events, it lets participants respond in real-time via web or mobile devices. The platform provides instant feedback, enhances participation, and fosters dynamic communication, making it a valuable tool for educators, presenters, and event organizers.

Before you can use the add-on you'll need to download and install it.

Step 1:  Download the Poll Everywhere for Windows PowerPoint app by selecting this link.

Step 2: Select Download for Windows, the file will download.

Step 3: Locate and launch the pollev.exe file you downloaded. It should pop up at the bottom of your browser, but if it doesn't you can find it in your downloads folder.

Step 4: Select the Install button to begin the installation process.

Once the installation is complete, select the Finish button.

Step 5: Once the app has finished installing, open PowerPoint. You will now see a Poll Everywhere tab.

Step 6: Select the Poll Everywhere tab then select the Log in icon. This will open a window where you can log into your Poll Everywhere account.
