Creating a Survey Activity

Login to Poll Everywhere with your Credentials "Username and Password"

Step 1: On the Activities tab, select the folder in which you want to create a new activity.

Step 2: Select the New Activity button from the upper corner.

Step 3: Select the activity type from the list "Survey" and add the title of the Survey.

Step 4: Select the question type and fill in the necessary information

Step 5: Click on "Create"

Step 4: Share the link or QR Code to the recipients you want to take the Survey .
