Allowing Students to see Quiz Feedback (Classic)

How to Access your Quizzes on BrightSpace

From the "Course Administration" page, select the "Quizzes" button.

If the quiz has already been created, edit the quiz by selecting the drop-down chevron for the quiz and select the "Edit" button.

Select the "Submission Views" Tab

Select the "Add Additional View" button

Create the new Submission View

First, Add a name that is descriptive what what this view provides, then you can add a message if you want.  This message shows up as students are reviewing the feedback.

Next, let's fill in "View Restrictions" section on this page.

In the "Date" section, select a date when students will be able to see this feedback. In the "Attempt" section. in the "Min Score" section, you can enter the minimum percentage score that the student must earn. In the "Limited Duration" section, you can limit the amount of time that the View is available after the quiz is submitted.

Now look at the "View Details" section on this same page. In the "Show Questions?" section, select the "Yes" radio button, and then select the radio buttons for the type of questions you would like to be shown. Then, select the "Show question answers" and "show question and out of score" checkboxes.

If you plan to write feedback on specific questions of the quiz, then select the "Show all questions with user responses" radio button.

Under the "Score" section, select the "Show attempt score and overall attempt score" checkbox, if you want students to be able to see what their overall earned grade is for this attempt of the quiz.

Determine if you want to share any Statistics like class average or score distribution.

Select the "Save" button to save your changes.
