In Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, type https://my.snhu.edu
Enter your @snhu.edu email address and the password on the sign in page
You received your @snhu.edu email address and a temporary password in an email a few days before the start date of the course.
If this is the first time you are accessing my.snhu.edu, then you will need to change your password.
This new password must:
- be at least 12 characters long,
- include at least 1 uppercase letter,
- include at least one lowercase letter,
- include at least one number
On the right side of the screen, select the button "myCourse Access Your Courses"
Brightspace will open. Select your PDHU course from the center of the screen.
If you are trying to access Brightspace from a mobile device,
- open Google Chrome on the device
- enter https://learn.snhu.edu into the address bar as shown below
- then login using your @snhu.edu email and password used on my.snhu.edu
