Joining a Teams Meeting

Microsoft Teams is the default application SNHU uses for conducting meetings. Certain positions maybe enable to utilize other applications to fulfil job requirements.

  1. Access your Outlook Calendar. *You can also access your Outlook Calendar in the Teams application.
  2. Double-click to open the meeting invitation
  3. Select "Click here to Join Teams Meeting"
  4. This will now open the Teams application
  5. In the Teams application, select your mic and camera preferences
  6. Select "Join Now"

When a meeting starts that you have been invited to, you may also see a pop-up on your computer allowing you to join the meeting without going into your calendar.
