Instructions to set up your monitor and stand can be found in the monitor box. There is a display port cable in the monitor box that will not be needed to complete the setup.
- Setup your monitor and stand
- Plug the monitor power cable, HDMI Cable, and squarish end of the USB Upstream cable into the monitor.
- Plug the mouse and keyboard into the rear USB ports on the monitor
- Plug the laptop charger into your laptop. Look for the USB-C port with the charger icon.
- Plug the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on your laptop
- Plug the rectangle end of the USB upstream cable into a USB port on your laptop
- Plug your headset into another USB port on your laptop
- Locate your wired network source. This may be a network port on the back of your router/ modem or directly into a wall (if configured)
- Locate the network port on the side of your laptop
- Plug the network cable to your to your wired network source, and then insert the other end of the cable into the network port on your laptop.
- Plug the power strip into your wall outlet. Ensure the power strip switch is set to Reset
- Plug the monitor power cable and laptop charger cable to the power strip
- Press the power button on your laptop to turn on
- Turn on your monitor by pressing the power button, typically located at the bottom far right of the monitor
