We provide approved positions with a laptop, laptop charger, and wired headset. Additionally, if you are approved for an office you will receive monitor(s), a mouse and keyboard, and a docking station.
Yes. All SNHU community members have access to WiFi, in buildings and many outside locations. Faculty and Staff should utilize SNHU-S on their issued laptop and SNHU on their personal devices.
All SNHU employees are welcome to utilize our Millyard office if you would like to work on-site for any period of time. Information about visiting our Millyard location can be found via this link.
Many of our applications are web-based and easy to access via the internet. However, some resources require you to be connected to our VPN.
When at home or off the SNHU network, launch the Cisco Any Connect application from your desktop. The URL should be pre-populated as remote.snhu.edu, then click Connect. Your laptop will be linked to SNHU's network and mimic as if you were on-site.
All on-site printers are centrally managed and dedicated to either Student or Staff/Faculty. This means you can print your documents from your computer and pick them up at any Staff/Faculty designated Toshiba. The Staff/Faculty system is known as SNHUPrint and instructions are posted near all copiers/printers.
Instructional Support Services, located in Robert Frost 108, can assist you with understanding course technology like Brightspace and/or assist you with bringing new software into your course. Additionally, this site provides knowledge articles for several commonly used applications. Schedule an appointment with the team here.
It is important that you are using your account when using an instructor or lab machine. If the computer is already at the desktop or displaying an application please restart the computer and sign in with your SNHU account. For security reasons, never utilize another person's account.
