Accessing your Account

In order to access your account for the first time, please reset your password to a personalized one that you are familiar with. To complete the password reset, you will need access to the following resources:

  1. Your SNHU email address, is provided 5 days before your hire date in your Workday Onboarding Journey.
  2. Access to the personal email address you provided to us.
Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 12 characters long and meet these requirements. It must contain at least 3 options that are required. 

Required Not Allowed
Uppercase Letter Names Nicknames
Lowercase Letter Dictionary Words Consecutive Characters
Number Repeating Alphabetic or Numeric Characters
Special Character Common Keyboard Sequences

Resetting your password

  1. On the My Account Information page in Workday click the link to reset your password.
  2. This will become available the Wednesday before your anticipated start date.
  3. Provide user ID, this is your SNHU email address provided on your My Account Information page
  4. Enter the captcha
  5. Select “I forgot my password”
  6. Select “Email my alternative email” and click “Email”. You can also select the other listed options to send you a text or phone call. Only if that option is available/setup.
  7. Retrieve the verification code from the method you selected above.
  8. Enter the verification code
  9. Select “Next”
  10. Enter your new password in accordance with SNHU’s password policy
  11. Reenter your new password
  12. Select “Finish”
