If you already know you password, you can ignore the steps that ask you to reset your password.
An internet connection and access to your personal email provided during the hiring process is required to complete these steps.
Your password must be at least 12 characters long and meet these requirements. It must contain at least 3 options that are required.

- Select ‘English (United States)’, then ‘Continue in English’
- Select ‘United States’, then click ‘Yes’
- Select ‘US Keyboard’ then click ‘Yes’
- Skip the 2nd keyboard layout
- Connect to a Wireless Network (if you connect via hardwired, this step is ignored)
- Select your wireless home network
- Enter your network password
- Click Next
- You’re system will now check for updates (this may take a few minutes)
- Enter your SNHU email address, and Click Next
- If you previously changed your password after retrieving it from Workday, enter it here. If you do not know your password, follow the steps below to reset it
- Click “Forgot my password”
- Enter the CAPTCHA
- Click Next
- Select “I forgot my password”, Click Next
- We now need to send you a verification code
- The “Get Back into your account screen” will populate with the personal email address provided during your hiring process.
- If the information on this screen appears incorrect, or you no longer have access to that email. Contact the Week One Support Line
- If everything appears correct, click Next
- Retrieve the code from your personal email and enter it in the field. The subject line should be “SNHU Account email verification code.”
- Check SPAM filters if not in your inbox within a few minutes
- Click Next
- Create your unique SNHU password, following the password criteria. Be sure not to share this password with anyone. We will never call you for it.
- Click Finish
- Log in to your laptop with your SNHU email and click Next.
- Enter the password you just created
- Your SNHU computer will now display a setup screen and begin applying its configurations. We recommended you allow about 15 minutes for the computer to apply the configurations. If needed, you may click “continue anyway,” and the configurations will be applied in the background.
- If you receive any User Account Control popups asking for login information, click No.
- You will have immediate access to the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chrome. Other applications will continue installing in the background.
- To view other applications that can be installed, locate the Company Portal App installed on your SNHU computer. This will also be where any future apps will appear that might be requested. Upon launching for the first time, select “SNHU Windows Devices.”
- You are now all set up on your new SNHU-issued machine.
The next time you login, you will be prompted to set up Windows Hello. Setting a PIN code is required; you may also configure biometrics if applicable. Please be aware that your email and password are required every time your computer restarts.
- Type SNHU Username
- Click "Cant access your account?"
- On the screen: "Which type of account do you need help with?", select "Work or School account"
- On the screen: "Get back into your account, to recover your account", type in your SNHU email address and the Captcha characters, then click next
- On the screen: "Get back into your account", select "I forgot my password". Then click next
- Select your personal email (Contact our Week One Support Line if this is incorrect)
- Select the email button to send the verification code to your personal email account
- Once retrieved, enter the verification code you received and click next
- Enter your new password according to the password criteria above.
- You may now use your SNHU username and password to login
