Copying Components Between Courses Without Creating Duplicates

Updated on

In this tutorial, you will learn how to copy select course components from one course offering to another.

The copy components utility lets you copy quizzes, content, grade items, discussion forums, assignments folders, and nearly every other type of component from one course to another.

To copy components between courses, you must be enrolled in both course offerings. Copying components saves you from having to recreate your course's resources significantly reducing the time required to build a course.
